Where are your new homes located?
We currently have a number of luxury new homes available across the North West, with further developments planned for the coming months. You can find full details on all our developments via the homepage. Simply search by postcode, location or click on Developments to view.
How can I get more information on a home or development?
We know that choosing a new home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make, which is why we aim to give you as much information as possible, to help you get a real feel for the quality and finish of an Eccleston home. View your preferred development for details on location, site plan, the house types available, and, of course that all important specification. A brochure is also available for you to download. Can I look round a finished house?
Our showhomes are available to view seven days a week. The Ribchester and The Whalley 2 which are both 4 bedroom detached homes are available to view at St Johns Gardens, Tyldesley development. The Mawdesley 2 is available to view on our Bowland View, Grimsargh development. Just call one of our sales consultants and they can arrange a convenient time for you to come and see the quality of an Eccleston home for yourself.
I have my existing home to sell first, can you help?

How do I know which finance option is best for me?
We can recommend an Independent Financial Advisor who can fully explain the advantages and details of each scheme. Simply speak to one of our sales consultants, who will provide you with their contact details.
How will I be kept informed throughout the purchase journey?
We are passionate about providing a first class customer experience and our Customer Care Plan is in plan to ensure just that. We will therefore make sure you know who to contact at each stage of the process and keep you fully informed throughout the customer journey with reliable information on the timing of build, completion and moving in dates.
Can I view my new home while it is being built?
At Eccleston Homes, we appreciate that you may want to view your new home while we are building it for you. Buying a new home is always the most exciting of times, but of course building sites can be dangerous places and we take our responsibility for health and safety very seriously. Therefore, if you wish to visit your new home, please speak to your sales consultant who will arrange your visit and ensure you are accompanied on site at all times.
