A proud day for Eccleston Homes

We’re celebrating some brilliant news.

Jake Green, Site Manager at Willow Bank, has been recognised with an NHBC Pride in the Job Award 2026.

It’s a fantastic achievement and one that means a great deal to everyone at Eccleston Homes.

Pride in the Job has been running for 45 years and is regarded by NHBC as one of the housebuilding industry’s most prestigious benchmarks for exceptional site managers. The awards celebrate the people who go above and beyond to raise standards, build with care and create homes of the highest quality.

For Jake, the award is a reflection of the pride, commitment and attention to detail he brings to site every day.

Anyone who has met Jake will know just how much he cares about the homes being built. From the first stages of construction through to the finishing touches, he is passionate about getting every detail right and creating places people are proud to call home.

Harry Murji, Construction Director at Eccleston Homes, said:

Jake’s award is also a proud moment for Willow Bank, Eccleston’s carefully planned development in Ramsbottom, where the team continues to bring quality, care and attention to detail to every stage of the build.
